Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your Bird item please contact us at bird.designs@outlook.com
Please ensure that your product is still in the same condition and has not been used. Also send us your order number.
Returns and exchange courier costs are the client's responsibility.
Refunds will only be confirmed when we have inspected the item and ensure that there is no damage to the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or factory-fault items.
Damaged items
Please contact us at bird.designs@outlook.com so that we can assess the damage and take the necessary steps.
Damage to the following will not be accepted:
- Damage from normal wear and tear.
- Damage from any alterations done (by someone else than Bird) to the product.
- Damage from negligence or incorrect use of our product.
- Damage from incorrect cleaning procedure.
